Microsoft, in collaboration with Avnet, BEPS Engineering, Intervalzero, SECO and Sitek, will attend the next edition of BIAS, Milan May 4 to 7 in Hall 7, Booth B31. The fair is a prestigious showcase to illustrate the wide range of Microsoft products for industrial automation and, more generally, for embedded systems.
With our partners we will present hardware solutions using Microsoft operating systems: Windows Embedded CE and Windows Embedded Standard.
Windows Embedded CE is a modular operating system, hard real-time suitable for the development of mobile devices connected to the network and necessary wherever there is a need for computing power in real time.
During the fair, at the Microsoft booth, you can try the Release Candidate (RC) of Windows Embedded Standard 7, the modular operating system for embedded systems derived from Windows 7 is widely used on personal computers. With Windows Embedded Standard 7 will be possible, inter alia, developing even in the world embedded applications that make use of extremely interesting features such as, for example, "dual touch". The release candidate of Windows Embedded Standard 7 can already be downloaded from this link today.
4 and 5 May Microsoft, in collaboration with its partners, has organized a seminar series to illustrate the potential offer and to present some Windows Embedded products that exploit the full potential of Windows Embedded CE and Windows Embedded Standard .
