Beppe has more than 25 years of experience in Embedded Operating Systems. In 2006, Beppe founded BEPS Engineering (www.bepseng.it) to offer its customers: products, training courses, system buildings, consultancy and applications for embedded system solutions.
Beppe is a certifier Windows Embedded trainer both for Windows Embedded CE and Windows Embedded Standard. Beppe is also involved in academic community, delivering Windows Embedded trainings and seminars for engineering schools and “Politecnico di Torino”. To recognize Beppe’s effort and contribution to the Windows Embedded community, Microsoft awarded the Windows Embedded MVP status to Beppe since 2010.

Marco Bodoira

Marco has been working as Software Embedded Engineer in BEPS Engineering for three years. The Company is Italian Microsoft Silver Partner offering training, products, system building, consultancy and application for embedded system solutions.
Marco now is official trainer for Microsoft Windows CE, certified on Windows CE 6.0 and Windows Mobile 6.5. Coming from Turin with master of science degree in computer science engineering, he is interested on mobile devices and embedded devices. He partecipied to several Microsoft competitions, achieving twice the second place at the Imagine Cup, and on 2010 he has won the first place at the Microsoft embedded SPARK 2010 Challenge.

An Italian MSc Information Technology Engineer, graduated at the Polytechnic of Turin in 2009 and Software Architect/Developer in BEPS Engineering since 2007. Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist for Windows Embedded CE 6.0, Windows Mobile 6.5, Windows Embedded Standard 7 and .NET Framework 4 Application, he has interests and knowledge that cover almost all IT areas. Especially he has sound programming experiences in C#, C++, C (also low-level Windows CE 6 driver development), Java (SE and ME for mobiles), Visual Basic 6 and network/web programming with C, HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, ASP, ASP.NET.

His interests vary from web-based programming to computer-graphics, 3D animation and modeling, music and digital processing, networking, design and user experience, film-making and video post-production, photo editing, videogames. He likes coding, architecting, thinking from scratch ideas and how to realize them, solving problems (especially if they are difficult or if people thinks they’re almost impossible to be solved), designing software and other things, trying and studying the latest technology things and search for new solutions. Skills include attitude to own initiative, ability to self-teach and team working.

He is ambitious and smart and when he starts something, nothing can’t stop him to achieve all the goals and to fit all the requirements. He always want to be up to date about latest technology trends and he's thirsty of knowledge. Other interests include general science, artificial intelligence, computer-human interaction, user interfaces, design patterns, astronomy, philosophy, foreign languages, games and many other things.
